These terms govern your use of this website and the services that Galioth & Pierre Multi Services L.L.C. provides through it. By booking a service you agree to them.
What we are, and what we are not
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice or legal representation. We provide interpreting, document preparation assistance, business filing assistance and professional training.
Where a matter requires legal advice or representation, we will say so and recommend you consult a licensed attorney. Nothing on this site creates an attorney–client relationship.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from a government agency, immigration authority, court or registry. Decisions rest with those bodies alone.
Booking and payment
Prices are shown on each service page before you book and are charged in USD. Government, state and filing fees are separate and are not included unless the service page says otherwise.
A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. Until then the appointment slot is held only briefly and may be released.
Some services are quoted individually. For those, you submit a request, we reply with a price, and no payment is taken until you accept.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate and complete information, and to provide documents in time for us to do the work. We are not responsible for outcomes caused by information that was inaccurate, incomplete or late.
For in-person appointments you agree to be at the agreed location at the agreed time. For phone and video appointments you agree to be reachable on the number or link you provided.
Cancellations, rescheduling and lateness
You may cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your appointment, from your account dashboard. Inside that window, contact us directly and we will try to accommodate you.
If you do not attend and did not cancel, the session may be treated as delivered. If we need to cancel or reschedule, we will offer you a new time or a full refund.
Interpreting sessions
Interpreters convey meaning between languages faithfully and impartially. They do not give advice, advocate on your behalf, or fill in answers for you. Sessions run for the booked duration; going over may incur an additional charge at the applicable rate.
Confidentiality
We keep your information confidential as described in our Privacy Policy, and our interpreters are bound to confidentiality.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you book is the version that applies to that booking.
